Orders & Payments
What forms of payment does PreWorkout Formula accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ACH/electronic check. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays go out the same day. Everything else ships within 24 hours on the next business day. You’ll get a tracking number by email once it leaves our facility.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. We ship to all 50 US states via USPS Priority Mail. Every package includes cold packs and insulated packaging to protect peptide integrity during transit.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum. Orders over $150 ship free. Standard flat-rate shipping is $9.95 via USPS Priority Mail.
Purity & Testing
What purity level should I expect?
Every peptide from PreWorkout Formula meets a minimum 99% purity standard. This is verified through HPLC analysis performed by an independent third-party lab. Batches below 99% are rejected outright. No exceptions.
What does the Certificate of Analysis include?
Each COA contains the peptide name and sequence, batch/lot number, HPLC chromatogram with purity percentage, mass spectrometry confirmation (observed vs. theoretical molecular weight), physical appearance, and the independent lab’s identification. A COA ships with every order automatically.
Who performs the testing?
An independent analytical laboratory with no financial relationship to our sales operations. Not in-house. Not performed by the manufacturer. That separation eliminates conflicts of interest. Read more on our third-party testing page.
Can I request a COA before ordering?
Yes. Contact us with the specific peptide and we’ll send the current batch COA directly.
Handling & Storage
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Unopened lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a freezer. Keep them away from light and moisture. Under proper storage conditions, most lyophilized peptides remain stable for 12-24 months.
What about reconstituted peptides?
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C (standard refrigerator temperature). Use within 30 days. Never freeze reconstituted peptides and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What happens if my peptides arrive warm?
Every shipment includes cold packs and insulated packaging. Lyophilized peptides tolerate brief temperature excursions during shipping without meaningful degradation. If you have concerns about a specific shipment, reach out and we’ll evaluate it.
Research Use & Compliance
Are these peptides approved for human use?
No. All PreWorkout Formula products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary application, or any clinical use.
Do I need any special credentials to order?
Research peptides are legally available for purchase by individuals and institutions conducting legitimate research. No special license is required for most peptides in the United States.
Returns & Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost. No questions, no runaround.
Can I return an unopened product?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Original packaging must be intact. Return shipping is on the buyer. Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals. Full details on our shipping & returns page.
