Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. All domestic shipments go out via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking emailed to you automatically.
Every package from PreWorkout Formula includes cold packs and insulated packaging. Peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. We handle storage and shipping with the same discipline we apply to purity standards.
Rates
- Standard (USPS Priority Mail): $9.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: All orders over $150
- Express (USPS Priority Mail Express): $24.95 flat rate
Delivery Times
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Research chemicals require strict storage conditions to maintain integrity. Because of this, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products.
Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact page with photos of the damage. We ship a replacement at no cost. No forms, no hassle.
Unopened products: Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Must be in original packaging with no signs of tampering. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
